RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered.

If this is the case, please email us at orojewellery@outlook.com.au with the subject line: Return  #(your invoice number) within 7 days, with a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your request. 

The returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Costs associated with returning the goods to ORO Jewellery are the customer's responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately all sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

WARRANTY
We offer a 3-month warranty on all items with proof of purchase. However, our warranty only covers faulty items. It does not cover wear & tear. Please refer to our jewellery care instructions.
